Job Title: Exams & MIS Officer

Job Type: Temporary with high chance of being made perm, Full-Time, 37 hours, term times +2 weeks.

Required: Enhanced DBS Certificate with Child's Workforce registered to the Update Service.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the examination process
  • Maintain accurate records using Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to exams, child protection, and data protection
  • Provide administrative support to the exams department
Education:
  • Minimum of A-levels or equivalent
Experience:
  • Prior experience working in an educational setting
  • Experience with managing exams and MIS systems
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures
  • Proficient in data protection laws and regulations
  • Excellent administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Further education in a related field
  • Additional training in exams administration
