Konker is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Nottingham.
With 6 successful offices across the UK, this forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary practice is looking to complement their Nottingham team with an Architectural Technologist.
Having established themselves over 90 years’ ago, you could be working on a variety of projects such as Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Defence, Residential and Community! Due to the secure nature of their Defence work, there may be a requirement to perform background checks on all staff.
With their core principles revolving around sustainable design, work enjoyment, diversity and inclusion; this practice is looking for a confident Tech who loves what they do and will bring plenty of enthusiasm through the office doors!
They have a focus throughout each project, to deliver innovative yet practical, eco-friendly designs to each and every client. Not to mention, they are an equal opportunities employer and aim for equality and fairness throughout the business for all of their employees!
As a company, they hold regular social events - This will range from away days, dinner & drinks and charity sports events to go-karting and cocktail making – If you are looking to join a highly sociable team in the Norfolk area then look no further!
BIM is a huge part of their work, and they are using Revit for most of their projects, hoping to move over to Revit entirely in the next year or so. Experience using Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
You will need to be able to use Revit confidently and independently as this role requires you to hit the ground running and start working on projects immediately.

To Be Considered: Architectural Technologist
- Architectural Technology Degree
- Project running experience – Confidence managing your own workload and your own projects… potentially a team too!
- Proficient using Revit.
- Comfortable having a background/DBS check.
- Live within commutable distance to Nottingham
- Early finish Fridays.
- Flexible/Hybrid working options – 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
