What’s involved?

You’ll have to master wearing a handful of different hats at the same time, consultant, salesperson, advisor, negotiator, and entrepreneur.

You’ll build and manage your own portfolio of clients, your mission is to identify, engage and secure top talent and manage the whole recruitment process.
