We are seeking a Design Assistant for our showroom in the Nottingham area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is design-led and has a passion for designing high-end kitchens.

This permanent opportunity is offering £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Design Assistant duties:

• Using the CRM reporting tools efficiently
• Assisting in drawing new plans/designs based on customer briefs
• Supporting the Showroom Manager with ordering processes
• Liaising with our manufacturing colleagues and completing technical drawings for projects
• Taking leads and booking design appointments
• Presenting designs to clients/customers
• Supporting the showroom marketing activities
• Engaging with walk-in customers and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of customer service
• Answering phone calls and dealing with daily enquires
• Ensuring the showroom is maintained to high level of cleanliness

Design Assistant requirements:

• At least two years previous kitchen design experience
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of design using CAD software
